ADD-ON FUNCTION: The add-on loads popular JavaScript libraries from a local resource, rather than over the Web, using valid HTML5 compliant custom data attributes. That can save bandwidth and load pages faster. Which is a good tool for developers, but quite useless for end-users. As it does not detect scripts that are not using the custom data attributes. Which must be added manually by a developer.

SCRIPT FUNCTION: This user script will take advantage of the functions provided by the add-on to provide end-users with its functionality. In which, it will dynamically insert the custom data attributes to certain scripts that meet the requirements as specified in the source code of this user script. After which, the add-on will take over and parse the dynamically added custom data attributes. Making full use of the functions provided by the add-on for not just the developers but also for end-users as well.

Remember, must install both (addons and scripts) can not be one of them.
